How this portal works

Your library

Library lists every pack linked to your account. Click a pack to open it. Packs you don't own yet show as locked, with a link to the store.

Inside a pack

Every pack and every folder is laid out the same way, top to bottom:

1. Folders first, as a list. Click one to go in. Use the ← Back button or the breadcrumb trail at the top to come back out.
2. Manual and 3MF files. The manual is the big navy card with the WH logo. 3MF files are the easiest way to print: they already contain the right orientation and print settings, so you can open them in your slicer and press print.
3. STL files, for people who want to slice with their own settings.
4. Other files, such as the change log and license.

The icons and colours

Every card carries a coloured badge so you can tell at a glance what it is:

• Folder (amber). Contains more files.
• Product manualThe assembly and printing guide for the pack. Read this first.
• 3MFReady to print. Orientation and settings included. Opens in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer and most others.
• STLThe plain 3D shape. Works in every slicer, you choose the settings.
• PDFA document. Opens in the browser or downloads.
• TXTA text note, such as a change log. Shown right on the page.

Opening a file

• Click any 3MF or STL card to see it in 3D. Drag to rotate, scroll to zoom, double-click to reset the view.
• The Download button saves the file to your computer. Each file downloads on its own, so you only take what you need.
• PDFs have both Download and Open in new tab.
• The ← Back button returns you to the folder you came from.

Searching

The search box looks inside the folder you're in, including its subfolders. At the top level of a pack it searches the whole pack. It matches file names, folder names and file types, so "3mf" or "lamp" both work.

Sizes in the DeskShelf pack

The Modular Desk Shelf pack has three top-level folders, one per dowel size: 20mm, 21mm, and 22mm (7/8 inch). Pick the one that matches the dowels you bought and stay inside it. Everything you need for that size is in there.

Light and dark

The small button at the far right of the header switches between light, dark, and following your device. Your choice is remembered on this browser.
